Champions of the Classroom is a structured six-week coaching process that provides up to five teachers on one campus with individualized observation, feedback, accountability, and practical classroom-management support.

Each Weekly Visit Includes:

  • 45-minute classroom observation

  • 15-minute individual debrief

  • Detailed classroom-management rubric and scoring card

  • Numerical score to measure progress from week to week

  • Specific feedback based on what occurred during the observation

  • Practical tools, strategies, and resources

  • Up to 3 focused assignments or action steps to complete before the next visit

  • Six weeks of consistent coaching and accountability

In one completed five-teacher coaching group, participants improved their classroom-practice scores by an average of 386% from their initial baseline to their final measurement.*

In only six weeks, the participating teachers increased their measured classroom-practice performance to an average of 4.9 times their initial baseline.
